TermoBox heats the food inside its own stainless steel container, without adding water. You serve your food at home, choose one of the 8 temperature levels, from 65 to 100 °C, on the digital panel and the lunch box heats it up gradually.
Does it need a socket?
Not to heat up: TermoBox has a 15,600 mAh rechargeable battery. You only need a socket to charge it, using the included cable. How long each charge lasts depends on the temperature level and the amount of food.
How long does it take to heat up?
It depends on the amount, the type of food and how cold it is to start with. It heats gradually, so it is best to switch it on well before lunchtime.
How do I clean it?
Take out the inner container and wash it separately. The lunch box contains the electrical parts, so never immerse it in water: wipe it with a damp cloth, always switched off and disconnected.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.
What if it arrives damaged or does not work?
Write to us from the contact page with a photo of the product and the packaging. We will offer a repair or a replacement and, if that is not possible, a price reduction or a refund, as the legal guarantee requires.
