Where we ship

We ship to all of Spain and to the rest of the European Union countries.

Spain: 2 to 5 working days.
Rest of the European Union: 3 to 7 working days.

Times are counted from order confirmation and are estimates: they may be longer at times of high demand or due to carrier incidents.

Spain: free on orders from €55; below that, €6.99.
Rest of the European Union: €8.99.

You will see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

They have their own tax and customs regime, so delivery may take longer and taxes or formalities may be payable by the recipient.

We will email you when your order ships, with the tracking number if available.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the stated time, write to us from the contact page or at termoboxshop@gmail.com.
